Take time to smell the rosesand the ocean air in a spectacular 14 BEDROOM MANSION

This home is on the 4-Wheel Drive Part of the Beach. There will be parking available for those with 4WD at the house and those without 4WD vehicles in a safe parking lot from where we will shuttle you in it is just a 2-mile drive on the beach sand is very packed.  More on driving and parking will be shared with all who register.

***EARLY ARRIVAL: If you'd like to arrive before Thursday registration, you are welcome to come as early as 1:00PM to settle in and have some extra time for yourself.  Meals and Snacks up until Thursday evening will be on your own. We will have coffee, tea, and refrigerator space on the lower level. There are a number of cute restaurants nearby in both Duck and Corolla.

* We need to be out by 9:45 AM.

ALL-INCLUSIVE Pricing Includes:Towels, linens, workshops, classes, group activities, 3 nights lodging. 3 breakfasts (Fri, Sat, Sun), Friday lunch (Sat lunch - we will provide a healthy "box lunch" or use as an opportunity to explore the area), 3 dinners (Thurs, Fri, Sat)

ROOM OPTIONS: Priority on room selection is given in order of registration.  If you opt to Share a Room, Add $225 to the Respective Room Price Below and we will divide it by 2 (between you and your roommate).  If you know you want to go and do not have a roommate, you can always secure a room for yourself then notify us later if you will be sharing.  If you are sharing a room with another that has one Bed, we will assign you to a Room with a King-Sized Bed.  If there are none available, we will alert you prior to taking any payment.

  • 10 Rooms - KING or QUEEN (Private Room with Private Bath) - $879
  • 2 Rooms -KING or QUEEN (Smaller Private Room with Private Bath) $779
  • 2 Rooms -Queen Bed in one and Double Bed with Single Above in Other –These Rooms Have a “Buddy Bath”That They Share $579

PLEASE NOTE:This is a 3-night retreat and we are not able to offer any partial attendance

Dietary Restrictions:Please alert us of any dietary restrictions/needs prior to registering.  We will work to make the menu work for all.

BYOB: No judgement zone J

Deposit Policy:Deposit of $250 to Hold Space. 50% is refundable through June 1st- after that, a cancellation would result in loss of deposit.

Payment Schedule:June 1st, 50% of total is due.  The Balance is due August 15th.  Failure to follow the payment schedule after 2 phone and e-mail reminders will be treated as a cancellation by you.

Transfer Policy: Your reservation can be transferred to another person* It is your responsibility to arrange the finances; there is no additional charge.  *The person must be over the age of 21 and if you were sharing a room, the roommate must agree.

Cancellation Policy:Prior to September 15th, should you choose to fully cancel, 50% of what you have paid will be refunded.  Cancellations made after September 15th are non-refundable.A request for a refund must be received in writing.

Cancellation of Retreat by Triangle Pilates, LLC:In the case of acts of God, war, disaster or unforeseen circumstances, Triangle Pilates LLC reserves the right to reschedule this retreat. Should the need to reschedule occur, you will have 7 days to determine if you are not able to attend the new date. You will receive a Full Refund in this situation.

Release Form:I have read all the above policy information, and I agree to assume all risk of personal harm or injury relating to or resulting from my participating in all workshops and activities associated with Raise Your VIBE Retreats, and to hold Triangle Pilates, LLC and its teachers, harmless as to liability for any such harm or injury. We do purchase Hurricane Insurance so should the island not be accessible; all your money will be refunded.
